Conference Agenda Report 2008 The English Conference Agenda Report will be available for sale on 21 November 2007 and the translated versions on 21 December 2007. Each copy will cost $11.00, including shipping and handling charges, and all applicable sales taxes. Please use one address per order form. Orders can be placed via mail, fax, or shopping cart. Because we do not publish unapproved versions of recovery literature on our website, Addenda B, C and E are not included in the online version.
